Nathan Rankin

Nathan Rankin is a skilled data science and analytics professional with extensive experience in implementing data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and marketing effectiveness. Currently serving as a Data Science Manager at Flexiti since January 2021, Nathan has developed a forecasting model that optimizes workforce management in relation to inbound call volume. Previously, as an Analytics Manager, Nathan led initiatives that boosted marketing campaign sales by an average of $700K through the utilization of a generalized linear model in Python. Nathan's career began at The Co-operators as a Business Intelligence Analyst and includes roles as a Data Analyst at rel8ed.to Analytics, as well as teaching and research assistant positions at Brock University. Nathan holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Business Analytics from the Goodman School of Business at Brock University, along with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Sport Management.
