Ine Wilczynski is currently a Private Equity Intern at IceLake, beginning in November 2024, and holds dual roles as a Bijlesdocent at FlexLesser and Assistent-docent in Wiskunde at Stichting Studiebegeleiding Leiden since October 2022 and December 2021, respectively. Additional experience includes being part of the Corporate Finance Competition Committee for the Financial Study association Rotterdam and serving on the Master Orientation Days Committee at EFR from September 2023 to September 2024. Ine has also completed a mentorship with Roland Berger in early 2024 and acted as a Student Consultant for an International Consultancy Project with MAEUR from November 2022 to November 2023. Previous roles include External Relations Manager for the Entrepreneurial Committee at the Erasmus University College Student Association and various sales positions at Fonky and UCM Bluestar Security | Crowd Care. Educationally, Ine is pursuing a Master's degree in Financial Economics at Erasmus School of Economics and holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Erasmus University College, in addition to coursework at Erasmus School of Law and University of Twente.

Op deze wijze biedt FlexLesser studenten met interesse in het onderwijs een goede eerste stap in de sector en stimuleert hen een onderwijscarrière na te jagen.
