Rhea Thielbar

Rhea Thielbar is an experienced professional with a strong background in program and configuration management, data integrity, and customer service across various industries. Currently serving as a Configuration Specialist at FBS since July 2019, Rhea excels in utilizing the MLS system to optimize client configurations and enhance system compliance. Prior roles include Program Manager at IFG, where Rhea collaborated with development teams and stakeholders on program strategies and initiatives, as well as Team Lead positions in service desks and marketing at Archway Marketing Services. Rhea's earlier career includes roles focused on fraud investigations at U.S. Bank and restorative justice facilitation at Lutheran Social Services of North Dakota. Rhea holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice/Criminology from Indiana State University and an Associate degree in Criminal Justice/Youth Services from Ivy Tech Community College-Bloomington.
