David Woods is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, sales, and security. Currently serving as the FlexPoint Sales Customer Success Manager at FlexPoint Education Cloud since February 2023, David previously held the position of Director of Strategic Partnerships at the University of Florida from July 2020 to February 2023. Prior to this, David was the Senior Director of School Engagement at Project Lead The Way, where responsibilities included program growth and customer relationship building from August 2014 to May 2020. David began a career in education as a Biomedical Science Teacher for the Taylor County School District, teaching Chemistry and Biology from August 2010 to August 2014. Earlier experience includes serving as a Federal Air Marshal with the Transportation Security Administration from 2001 to 2006 and four years in the United States Air Force. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from Ashford University.
