Will Finch

Will Finch is a Senior Software Engineer at Flexport since March 2023, with previous experience as a Senior Software Engineer at Conquer, where significant contributions included transitioning web applications to a micro-frontend architecture and leading a frontend development team. During the tenure at Conquer, Will also built a web platform for Fortune 500 clients and developed a drag-and-drop flow editor for automated sales processes. Prior to Conquer, Will founded and served as CEO of Marble Creators, scaling a social media mobile startup to thousands of users while managing the entire application stack. Will holds a Master of Science in Applied Artificial Intelligence from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor of Science in Business/Managerial Economics with a minor in Computer Science from the University of California, Davis.
