Zach Claussen

Zach Claussen has extensive experience in customs management and operations, currently serving as the Global Customs Manager in Dallas for Flexport since January 2018. In this role, Zach has developed and optimized standard operating procedures and workflows, managed a team of 11 during the establishment of European data service operations, and achieved high on-time performance metrics. Prior to Flexport, Zach worked for CEVA Logistics from November 2010 to January 2018, holding positions that involved full customs brokerage services and facilitating customs clearances. Zach holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of North Texas, earned in 2012.
