Ed Gonzalez

Ed Gonzalez has a wealth of experience in the software engineering field. Ed began their career in 2006 as an Apprentice Electrician at Texas Construction Specialties. In 2010, they became a Teaching Assistant at Texas State University. In 2012, they were a Graduate Research Assistant there, where they spearheaded research on a relatively young transport protocol (SCTP). Ed also performed extensive literature review on current SCTP research and designed and developed a testing platform running on Linux that automated Kernel Module compilation and loading/unloading as well as logging relevant SCTP transfer parameters. In 2013, they joined FlexRadio Systems as a Contract Software Engineer and then moved up to Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, and Director of Software Engineering.

Ed Gonzalez received their Bachelor's Degree from Texas State University in 2011, majoring in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering. Ed then returned to Texas State University and obtained their Master's Degree in Computer Software Engineering in 2014.
