Caleb Fields

Caleb Fields is a Software Engineer with a robust background in developing trading systems at FlexTrade since January 2022, specializing in equities, derivatives, FX, fixed income, swaps, and bilaterals. Previous experience includes a role at Tesla where Caleb automated microcontroller programming using Python, optimized Supercharger test code, and developed high-power testers for international manufacturing. At Lockheed Martin, Caleb created a Python emulator for battery subsystem testing and engaged in data analysis for flow battery systems. Experience as a Quality Engineer at Johnson & Johnson involved electro-mechanical systems, while earlier positions included research on nanoparticle synthesis at Webster Nanomedicine Lab and engineering internships with Madison County and the City of Oneida.
