Vanita Samarth serves as the Associate Vice President of Human Resources for FlexTrade in India since September 2023, leading the People Function. With significant experience in the HR domain, Vanita has held the position of Senior Manager HR Business Partner at AppDirect since January 2017, where the focus is on building high-performance teams and enhancing employee experience. Previous roles include Head HR - Principal People & Business Partner at Cloudaction Inc., Senior HR Manager at Anibrain Digital Technologies, Regional Manager HR at Qualys Inc., and Manager HR at both Optiva Inc. and NetScout Systems Inc. Vanita holds an MBA in Human Resources and Leadership Management from the National Institute of Business Management and an MCom in Business/Commerce from Savitribai Phule Pune University, along with various educational qualifications in computer engineering and business.
