Jonathan Wolter

Jonathan Wolter is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in both public and private sectors. Currently, as a Partner at FLG Partners since July 2004, Jonathan advises clients as interim and permanent CFO, with current engagements at UMOJA Biopharma, Inc. and Acer Therapeutics, Inc., and recently served as CFO for Kyverna Therapeutics, Inc. Prior to FLG, Jonathan held the position of International Controller and CFO for the Latin American Division at KPMG Consulting, contributing to the firm's IPO in 2001. Jonathan's earlier career includes significant roles as Corporate Controller and Treasurer, as well as Audit Manager at Arthur Andersen & Co. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
