Jessica DiLullo Herrin is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the beauty and retail industries. As the Co-Founder of FLI MD | Female Longevity Institute since September 2023, Jessica also serves as the CEO and Founder of Stella & Dot, a leader in product design and innovation known for its unique Direct To Community Model and celebrated network of brand ambassadors. Jessica's leadership has helped Stella & Dot generate over $500 million in earnings for 50,000 Brand Ambassadors across six countries. Previously, Jessica held board member roles at Natura & Co, contributed to marketing strategies at Dell Inc., and co-founded Weddingchannel.com. Jessica's early career included significant marketing roles at Neilson Netratings and Trilogy. Jessica earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and an MBA from Stanford University.
