Legal Team

The Legal Team at Flicker, Garelick & Associates, LLP is responsible for providing expert legal counsel and representation to defense contractors, authorized insurance companies, and national brokers. The team handles a wide array of services including claims handling, litigation defense, coverage opinions, regulatory advice, and contract interpretation, particularly under the Defense Base Act (DBA) and the War Hazards Compensation Act.
