Mariam Kvaratskhelia-Zirakashvili has a diverse work experience. Mariam is the Founder and CEO of Headvice, a position they have held since June 2015. Mariam is also an Assistant Professor at East European University starting from May 2020. Additionally, they are a Co-Founder of Z laboratory since March 2019. These include NLP Practitioner from The Society of NLP in 2022, Psychodiagnostics and Psychological Assessment from National Research Tomsk State University in 2020, Eye Tracking Analytics from Tobii Pro in 2019, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from Rowan University in 2019, CFC - Certified Fligby Consultant from ALEAS Simulations, Inc. in 2018, and Lean Six Sigma - Yellow Belt from Rowan University in 2017. Mariam has also pursued other areas of interest, such as Consumer Neuroscience at Copenhagen Business School and Kleines Deutsches Sprachdiplom (KDS) at the Goethe-Institut Munich. Furthermore, they have engaged in NLP - Master Practitioner studies at The Academy of Modern Applied Psychology and completed a course on Positive Psychology: Martin E. P. Seligman's Visionary Science at the University of Pennsylvania.
