Nika Zirakashvili

Nika Zirakashvili has had a long and varied career. In 2007, they were the Quality Control Manager for LTD Raru. From 2012 to 2014, they held two positions at the Service Agency of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, as Head of Sales' Group and Specialist of Marketing Service. In 2014, they became the CEO of QR Fields, where they were responsible for company management, planning, and forecasting. In 2016, they founded and became the Director of Knowledge Laboratory. In 2018, they became a Consultant and Official representative in Georgia for ALEAS Simulations, Inc. (Fligby - Flow is Good Business). Finally, in 2015, they founded and became the General Director of Headvice/ადვისი.

Nika Zirakashvili obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The University of Georgia (Tbilisi) in 2014, with a focus on Marketing. Nika also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Georgian Aviation University between 2007 and 2011, with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from various institutions, such as Tobii Pro, Rowan University, Forward Academy, ALEAS Simulations, Inc., Headvice, and the Center of Personal Development and Innovative Training Programs. These certifications include Eye Tracking Analytics, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, People's Management by David Gogichaishvili, Flow Leadership, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Integrated Marketing Communications, Advertising and Neuromarketing, Effective Public Speaking, Sales Techniques, Creativity in Advertising, Psychology of Advertising and Neuromarketing, Techniques of Self-Hypnosis, Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), Project Management, Marketing and Sales Management, and Preliminary English Test (PET).
