James Farnell

James Farnell is an experienced professional currently serving as the Global Head of Networks for Flight Centre Travel Group since July 2021, and previously as the Technology Business Leader and Technical Operations Team Lead for Flight Centre Travel Group South Africa. Prior experience includes roles as Support and Technical Manager at Switch Telecom and various managerial positions at BitCo Communications, where responsibilities encompassed managing support teams, overseeing interconnect relationships, and ensuring regulatory compliance. James Farnell holds an Honours degree in Organizational Leadership from Stellenbosch Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administration and Management from the University of Johannesburg.
