Gypsy Whitaker began their career in 2006 as an Imaging Administrator for Crete Carrier Corporation. In 2009, they moved to Fiserv as a Sales Administration Representative. In 2010, they joined Quickteq as a Systems Engineer. From 2011 to 2017, they worked at Imperial PFS, first as a Software Quality Assurance Supervisor, then as a Software Quality Assurance Team Lead, and finally as an IT Help Desk Support Technician/QA Tester. In 2017, they joined blooom as a QA Specialist, and then moved to Pro Athlete, Inc. as a QA Engineer. In 2018, they began working at Flight Schedule Pro as a QA Lead.
Gypsy Whitaker obtained an AAS in Computer Programming Technology from the Lincoln School of Commerce between 1996 and 1999. In 2015, they obtained an ITIL - Foundation - IT Service Management certification. In 2016, they obtained a Certified Software Tester (CSTE) certification from CTP - Corporate Training Partnerships Ltd and an ITIL Intermediate - IT Service Transition certification.
