Phil Armstrong

Phil Armstrong has been with Flight Services & Systems since May 2006, currently serving as the President & Chief Operating Officer. Prior to that, Phil spent nearly three decades at Delta Air Lines at the Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport. Phil holds a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Economics from Southern Methodist University and The University of Texas at Arlington.
