Roger Figueroa

Roger Figueroa is an experienced aviation professional with a comprehensive background in flight instruction and academic roles. Currently serving as a Flight Instructor at Flight Training International, Inc. since March 2023, Roger also holds a position as Aviation Associate Faculty at Broward College since June 2014. Prior to these roles, Roger spent 27 years at UPS as a 757/767 Captain, where expertise in commercial aviation was developed. Additionally, Roger led training initiatives as the Wing Director of Training and Thunder Lab Lead for the National Training Mission-Afghanstan from February to July 2010. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Transportation Management from Florida International University and a Master's degree in Liberal Arts from Texas Christian University.
