Pawel B. has extensive experience in the aviation industry. Pawel began their career in 2010 as Manager Alliances, The Americas for Lufthansa Group. Pawel then took on the role of Restructuring Program (SCORE), United States, followed by Operations and Airport Services, The Americas. In 2015, they joined FlightPartner as Chief Commercial Officer. In this role, they are responsible for the company's B2B software as a service (SaaS) product for the Business Aviation Community. Pawel oversees the quote to booking method for Air Charter Brokers, which is completed in seconds, and the Smart Engine Scheduling Application software (SESA).

Pawel B. attended Georgia Institute of Technology in 2015, where they obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt in International Business. Prior to that, they attended Dowling College from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a BS in Aviation Management.
