Allana Wilckens

Allana Wilckens has an extensive work experience in the legal field. Allana most recently worked as a Legal Counsel at Flightright starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Legal Adviser at the Competition and Markets Authority from January 2022 to July 2022. Allana also worked as a Lawyer at the Government Legal Department from June 2018 to January 2022. In addition, they served as a Personal Tax/Counter Avoidance Advisory and Litigation Paralegal at HM Revenue & Customs from January 2017 to June 2018. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Legal Adviser/Tribunal Caseworker at the Ministry of Justice UK from September 2016 to January 2017, as a Welfare Benefit Officer at the London Borough of Lambeth from June 2014 to September 2016, and as a Paralegal at Simmons & Simmons in May 2014. Allana also had experience as a Welfare Benefit Specialist at Disability Advice Service Lambeth from April 2013 to June 2014 and as an International Lawyer at Nabas International Lawyers from January 2013 to April 2013. Lastly, they served as the Head of Compliance, Lawyer & Legal Council at CARHP – ALAGOAS COMPANY FOR HUMAN RESOURCES AND PROPERTY, BRAZIL from March 2008 to May 2010.

Allana Wilckens' education history begins in 2003 when they enrolled at CESMAC, where they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law. Allana successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2007. In 2008, they obtained the certification of Lawyer from the Ordem dos Advogados do Brazil (Brazilian Bar Association).

In 2011, Allana attended Kingston University for a one-year Post-Graduation Degree in International Commercial Law, which they completed in 2012.

Later, in 2015, Allana was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors by the Law Society of England and Wales. Allana obtained the certification of Solicitor, England and Wales from the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

Additionally, in 2023, they obtained the certification of Solicitor, Republic of Ireland from the Law Society of Ireland. Finally, in the same year as their Post-Graduation Degree, in 2012, they obtained the certification of Lawyer from OAB - Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil.
