Bob Lenz

Bob Lenz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the aerospace industry and military leadership. Currently serving as a Board Member at The Ohio State University Center for Aviation Studies and as VP of OEM Partnerships at FlightSafety International, Bob leads strategic initiatives to develop partnerships with aircraft OEMs. Previously, Bob held various leadership roles at Honeywell, including Senior Director and Director of Product Business Units, where management of Aerospace product lines with significant revenue contribution was key. Additional experience includes positions as Senior Product Manager and Senior Materials Manager, focusing on product health, delivery, and materials strategy. Bob's military background includes multiple leadership roles in the US Army, enhancing skills in operational management and team leadership. Bob holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
