Courtland Schafer

Courtland Schafer is the Director of Business Development for FSI Defense at FlightSafety International, a position held since July 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Vice President of Business Development, Director of Business Development, and Capture Manager at Delaware Resource Group from February 2020 to June 2023. Courtland served in the US Navy for over 22 years, holding various leadership and operational roles, including Operations Manager and Command Senior Enlisted Leader. Academic qualifications consist of a Master of Science in Management from the Florida Institute of Technology, a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Webster University, and an Associate of Arts in Supervision and Management from Coastline College, along with additional education from the U.S. Naval War College and the Institute for Veterans and Military Families.
