David Hoyle

David Hoyle is an accomplished Senior Multi Unit Executive Chef at Flik Hospitality Group, responsible for overseeing the Norwood, Cambridge, and Moderna Accounts, managing a $14 million account since February 2022. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager II at Sodexo and Director of Culinary at Brookhaven at Lexington, where responsibilities included directing production efforts and stepping in for the director of dining services. David has held various executive chef positions at esteemed establishments such as Westin and Fairmont-Raffles-Swissotel, where roles encompassed managing large teams, menu design, cost control, and implementing brand standards and operational excellence. Education was completed at TAFE NSW with a degree in cookery of trade, further enhancing culinary expertise developed over a career that began with an apprenticeship at Federal Hotel & Casino Group.
