Melanie Vrecenak Ramirez has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a resident district manager for Flik Hospitality Group since August 2014, where previous roles included general manager and foodservice director. Prior to this, Melanie held the position of conference center manager at Flik Hospitality Group from 2012 to 2014. Earlier career experience includes serving as banquet manager and conference services manager at The Fairmont Washington, D.C., from 2008 to 2012, and as a conference coordinator at Loews Hotels from 2002 to 2008.
