Michael Sauro is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the food service industry. Currently serving as the Regional Executive Chef at Flik Hospitality Group since July 2018, Michael brings a wealth of expertise from a long tenure with Compass Group, where the role of General Manager Operations has been held since October 2002. Prior experience includes entrepreneurship with J D Wingers (Gourmet Wings) from January 1994 to September 2002 and managing Off The Cuff from August 1984 to September 1993. Michael’s educational background includes studying Business at Mass Bay, following graduation from Newton North High School between 1975 and 1978.
