Karen joined Flinders Port Holdings in February 2020 as the General Manager of People & Culture and leads the groups’ human resources function, responsible for all aspects of people and culture management including recruitment, performance, industrial relations, organizational development, and managing cultural change programs.
Before joining Flinders Port Holdings, Karen was the General Manager, Innovation, Digital, and Brand at Elders Ltd with her role encompassing a range of corporate business units including Marketing, Communications, Digital along with the operational Technical Services team.
Karen brings a broad range of expertise and skills to the Group having held senior positions in Financial Services, Airlines, and Utilities with her experience ranging from running large operational business units as well as corporate services.
