Zuby Osman

Zuby Osman currently serves as a Lecturer and PhD scholar at Flinders University since July 2023. Prior to this role, Zuby held the position of Vice President and Head of the Centre for Excellence at Great Eastern from August 2018 to July 2023, leading a Learning & Development team responsible for creating and executing training programs across various distribution channels. Zuby's extensive experience in training and development includes roles such as Head of Training at Nexus Financial Services, Deputy Head of Agency Distribution Development and Transformation at AXA, Head of Training at Zurich Insurance Company, and Section Head and Lead of HR at Aviva. Zuby began a career in training as a Senior Trainer at Prudential Assurance Company Singapore from 2008 to 2010. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration with Distinction in HR and Marketing from RMIT University.
