Tom Kater is an experienced operations and management professional with a diverse background in hospitality and administration. Currently serving as the Operation Manager for Flink in Amsterdam since May 2021, Tom previously held managerial roles at Escape Club Amsterdam and as a Floormanager at the Air France - KLM business lounge. Tom began a career in hospitality at Café Noire and Club Minq, with a solid foundation in financial administration from Turien & Co. Assuradeuren. Educated at Hotelschool, Tom possesses a strong understanding of operational oversight, team leadership, customer service, and compliance with industry standards.
