Julien D. Cousineau has a diverse work experience. In 2010, they worked as a Developer at PCVoyages 2000, specializing in ASP.NET. From 2010 to 2012, they were a Consultant at Desjardins, where they held various roles including Team Lead and Software Analyst, working with .NET C# and Java.

In 2012, Cousineau ventured into entrepreneurship, founding eVista Inc., a B2B company focusing on customer feedback collection and publication. Julien served as the Founder and CTO, overseeing the development of proprietary technology.

Cousineau continued their consulting work, briefly serving as a Security Software Architect at Union des producteurs agricoles in 2012, designing and developing a secure Single Sign-On infrastructure.

Returning to Desjardins in 2013, Cousineau held roles as a Consultant, primarily working with .NET C#, Java, and T-SQL. Julien completed projects related to payment interface development, Agile coaching, and risk capital management.

From 2014 to 2016, Cousineau founded and served as the CTO of MuCity, a project involving location-based services.

In 2016, Cousineau embarked on their entrepreneurial journey again, founding Flinks, a data-driven technology partner for Canadian financial institutions. As the Founder and CTO, they played a crucial role in establishing Flinks as a major player in the industry.

During 2018, Cousineau was a Cohort Member at The C100, a network connecting Canadian entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley. In 2020, they became a Board Advisor and Investor at Trustii, a role they continue to hold.

In 2021, Cousineau became an Angel Investor at Mantle Technology, supporting early-stage startups.

Julien D. Cousineau attended Collège de Bois de Boulogne from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a D.E.C in Réseau & Sécurité de l'information/Développement logiciel. Following that, they enrolled at École de technologie supérieure from 2009 to 2011 to study Télécommunication, though they did not obtain a specific degree in this field.
