Ruth Kolb Drew

Ruth Kolb Drew has extensive experience in customer service and leadership roles. Ruth Kolb is currently the Director of Customer Experience at Flinn Scientific, Inc., where they focus on optimizing customer engagement and streamlining workflows. Prior to this, Ruth served as the Director of Nationwide Call Center at USA Vein Clinics, leading a team to provide support to patients at multiple clinics across the country. Ruth Kolb also held various positions at the Alzheimer's Association, including Director of National Contact Center and Library, Director of Family and Information Services, Chapter Program Director, and Family Care Consultant. Additionally, Ruth has worked as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at St. John Health System.
