Tanya Hatch started their work experience in 2010 as a Maintenance Manager at Cenovus Energy. From 2010 to 2013, they held this role. In 2014, Tanya joined ATCO Structures & Logistics as a Maintenance Supervisor and worked until 2017. In 2018, they became an Electrician at Techmation Electric & Controls Ltd., where they worked until 2022. From 2022 to the present, Tanya has been an Administration Assistant at Traveling Cougars.
