Heinz Ensen

CIO at Flint Group

Heinz Ensen has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Heinz started their career in 1991 at BASF in R&D and later worked as a Teamlead for Material Flow Analyse, where they analyzed material flows and improved efficiency. In 1997, they joined BASF Corporation as a Logistics Manager. In 1999, they moved to BASF Printing Systems, xsys, where they served as Director of Operations, Logistics, and Supply Chain. Heinz then joined Flint Group in 2005 and held various positions, including CIO Europe and ultimately CIO. In this role, they had global responsibility for business processes and systems, IT infrastructure, and services. Heinz provided strategy, governance, and IT procurement support for Flint Group's operations worldwide.

Heinz Ensen attended RWTH Aachen University from 1984 to 1990, where they obtained a Dipl.-Ing. degree in Maschinenbau (Mechanical Engineering).
