Hélène Boehlen

Hélène Boehlen began their career in 2003 as an HR Recruitment Consultant at Accent Jobs. Hélène then worked as an HR Officer at MEDIALAAN from 2004 to 2007 and at URS nv from 2007 to 2009. From 2009 to 2014, they served as HR Business Support at SD Worx Belgium. In 2014, they joined Mürren Consulting as a Sr. HR Consultant until 2020. Their most recent positions include Global HR Business Partner at Xeikon from 2016 to 2019, HR Director at Xeikon's Digital Printing division of Flint Group from 2019 to 2022, and currently, they are the Group HR Strategy & Operations Director at Flint Group.

Hélène Boehlen attended Vlerick Business School in 2021 and completed a course in Leading Change (Change Management). In 2018, they also attended Vlerick Business School for a course in Strategic HR Management. Prior to that, they engaged in business management studies focused on Accounting & Fiscal Law, earning an unidentified degree before 2003.
