Russell Taylor

Russell Taylor has held various senior-level human resources and leadership positions throughout their career. Russell started out as the HR Director at Unilever, ICI/Huntsman, and the Pentland Group in 1988, where they worked in multiple countries including Singapore, Brussels, and London. Russell then joined the Associated British Foods - Ingredients Division as the HR Director in 2005, where they were responsible for developing remuneration systems and partnering with the CEO in Germany to revamp the Enzymes leadership team. In 2009, they became the Managing Partner at the Russell Taylor Partnership LLP before transitioning to their current role as the Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources and Communications at Flint Group.

Russell Taylor attended the University of Strathclyde from 1975 to 1978, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management and International Marketing. Russell'sstudies primarily focused on marketing, tourism, and accounting.
