Dewayne Robinson

Dewayne Robinson, CAA, currently serves as the Director of Athletics at Flint Hill School, a position held since June 2021, while also co-founding and leading DIGGS Consulting as CEO since August 2016, focusing on enhancing the interscholastic athletic experience. Prior to these roles, Robinson was the Director of Athletics at St. Anne's-Belfield School from June 2015 to May 2021 and Head Athletic Director at Elgin Academy from July 2009 to June 2015, where responsibilities included managing a substantial athletic budget and scheduling programs. Earlier career positions included Program Coordinator at Eastside Recreation Center and Athletic League Coordinator at Hanover Park Park District. Robinson holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science from Judson University and an MBA in Change Leadership from Kaplan University.
