Kaylee Blubaugh has worked in the marketing field for over 10 years. Kaylee began their career in 2010 as an Administration Coordinator at Harry Rosen. In 2011, they became the Marketing Manager for Midwest Property Management, where they drove the operations of the entire marketing program. In 2013, Kaylee took on two roles, Marketing Director & Founder at Blu Insight and Marketing Consultant at The Helm Clothing. At Blu Insight, they worked with clients across multiple industries and developed logos, branding, websites, business cards, social media pages, and email templates. At The Helm Clothing, they managed all marketing initiatives including social media, paid search, SEO, email, direct mail, and print. In 2016, Kaylee became the Marketing Director at Epic.io, where they lead the development of the new parent company brand. Finally, in 2019, they became the Head of Marketing & Software Project Manager at Flint Hills Group. In this role, they lead all marketing initiatives and manages various software development projects.
Kaylee Blubaugh obtained a Google Adwords Certification from Google in July 2017 and a Secrets of Motivation certification from Dale Carnegie Training. Kaylee also attended the University of San Francisco in 2012, where they received an Advanced Social Media Marketing Certification. From 2009 to 2011, they studied Business Administration Studies at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT).
