Dieter Hofmann

Dieter Hofmann has extensive work experience, with their most recent role as Managing Director at Flintec starting in July 2017. Prior to that, they held various positions at Hengstler, including VP Sales from April 2015 to July 2017, VP Engineering from October 2013 to March 2015, and Business Unit Manager for Printers & Cutters from June 2013 to October 2013. Before joining Hengstler, Dieter worked at Pancon Corporation as EMEA Industrial Distribution & OEM Sales Manager from June 2012 to June 2013. Prior to that, they worked at TE Connectivity in roles such as Director Global Account from January 2011 to December 2011, General Manager of Machinery, Equipment and Factory Automation (MEFA) from June 2010 to May 2011, Director of Product Management EMEA from January 2009 to May 2010, and in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Product Management from March 1996 to January 2009. Dieter started their career as a Qualified Engineer at the Institute of Computer Sciences Hagen from January 1994 to February 1996.

Dieter Hofmann earned a M. Sc. degree in Management, specializing in the success factors of virtual innovation teams, from the University of Hagen between 2006 and 2008. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1994, they obtained a Dipl.-Ing. degree in Electrical Engineering, with a focus on Automation Technologies, from the South Westphalia University of Applied Sciences.
