Gayan Hemarathne

Gayan Hemarathne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in production engineering, assembly line management, and operations, currently serving as a Production Engineer at Flintec since January 2018. Gayan has a strong background in CNC machining, work process optimization, and productivity improvement. Additionally, Gayan owns Gayansoya Gallery, showcasing artistic talent while also engaging in photography. Previous roles include an Executive in Operations at MAS Fabrics and various engineering and maintenance positions at different companies, contributing to production efficiency and technical improvements. Academic accomplishments include a Master of Science in Archaeology and a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Management from recognized Sri Lankan universities.
