The leaders at Flintworks all have experience as entrepreneurs, in design, development, and consulting. They also all have advanced degrees in areas like mathematics, statistics, neuroscience, and psychology. This combination of skills and knowledge allows them to approach problem-solving from a variety of perspectives and come up with creative solutions.
