Kai-Uwe Michels

Kai-Uwe Michels has extensive experience in sales operations and management. Currently serving as Sales Operations Manager at Flip App since December 2020, Kai-Uwe previously held the position of CEO at Zaya HR Solutions from May 2018 to January 2023, leading a platform that connects top professionals with verified qualifications. Prior to this, Kai-Uwe worked as a Controller at WMF Group from September 2015 to April 2018 and gained early financial experience through internships in the finance sector at Robert Bosch GmbH and Allianz in 2010 and 2009, respectively. Kai-Uwe holds a Master of Science in Finance from Dublin City University (2012-2014) and dual Bachelor’s degrees in International Management and European Business from Dublin City University and ESB Business School, Reutlingen University (2007-2011).
