Ian Novianto

Ian Novianto has substantial experience in customer service and operational support. Since July 2021, Ian has worked at Flip as a Case Management Staff, Escalation and Resolved Staff, and Operational Support. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Service Agent at PT JOLA MITRA UTAMA from July 2019 to May 2021, as well as positions as a Store Cashier at Holy smokes and Nikkou Ramen for short durations in 2019 and 2017-2018 respectively. Ian also served as a Customer Service Assistant at Parkson Group from August 2018 to April 2019. Ian holds a Bachelor of Education in Educational/Instructional Technology from Yogyakarta State University, which was completed in June 2023.
