Salsha N. serves as a People Operations Sr. Officer at Flip, managing and processing payroll for over 500 employees across India, Singapore, and Indonesia while ensuring 0% error in calculations and compliance with payroll laws. Previously, Salsha held various leadership roles at Keluarga Mahasiswa Psikologi se-Bandung Raya, including Vice Chairman of the Board and Head of Research and Development, where responsibilities included facilitating board meetings and directing research teams. Additionally, Salsha gained experience as a Freelance Psychological Assessment Officer at ITB Career Center and contributed to the Academic and Professional Division at BEM Kema Fapsi Unpad. Salsha holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Padjadjaran.
