Selfi Andriani

Selfi Andriani has a diverse work experience. Selfi began their career in 2011 as an Internship at SHL Group Ltd., followed by a role as Head of Research and Development Bureau at BEM UI 2011. In 2012, they were a Contract Employee Human Resources at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah. From 2014-2015, they held the roles of Associate Psychologist at EXPERD Consultant and Human Resources Development Officer at PT STAR Software Indonesia. In 2016, they were a Talent Development Officer at PT. Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food, Tbk. In 2018, they were Human Capital & General Affair Manager at PT Afra Insan Amanah. From 2019-2020, they were Assistant Manager Human Resources Development at PT Tokyu Property Management Indonesia and is currently a HR Development Lead and Sr. HR Strategist at Flip.

Selfi Andriani's education history includes a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Indonesia, which they obtained between 2012 and 2014. Selfi also holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia, which they obtained between 2008 and 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Senior High School degree in Science from SMA Negeri 5 Bengkulu in 2006-2008. Additionally, Selfi has obtained several certifications, including an Objective Key Result (OKR) Professional Certification from The KPI Institute in 2021, a Logical Bussiness Writing certification from Precena JAC Strategic Partners in 2019, a Key Performance Indicator certification from PPM Institute of Management in 2016, and an Asessment Center certification from Asosiasi Psikologi Industri & Organisasi (APIO) in 2014.
