Vica Gitya Haryanti has five years of work experience, starting in 2018. In 2018, they worked as a Project Specialist for PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. In 2019, they worked as a Junior Analyst for PT. Tumbuh Jaya Desain. In 2020, they worked as a Junior Consultant for Yachiyo Engineering.Co.,Ltd (Advisory Services) and as an Assistant Professional Staff of Construction Development for the Ministry of Public Works. In 2021, they are currently working as an Operations Team member for Flip. At the Ministry of Public Works, they were responsible for improving the quality of regional organizations in the construction sector, was in charge of construction safety technical guidance with over 200 participants, led a team of 5 in making an agreement with a private company, was a team thinker for accelerating certification of vocational human resources in the field of construction services, led a webinar about construction and project bidding as a moderator with over 500 attendees, and formulated a standard operational procedure framework to evaluate programs.

Vica Gitya Haryanti attended Diponegoro University from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning.
