Lindsay Hay

Lindsay Hay currently serves as the Coordinator of Basketball Administration for the Milwaukee Bucks Inc., a position held since December 2022. Prior to this role, Lindsay was the Director of Operations/Athlete Service Coordinator at Bommarito Performance Systems from May 2019 to May 2023, where responsibilities included managing athlete service coordination for various professional and collegiate sports, overseeing accounts receivable, and handling operations management tasks. Previous experience includes serving as a Front Desk Representative at Bodytek Fitness and as a Lead Swim Instructor and Coach at The Fort Worth Swim School. Lindsay also completed an internship as a Performance Coach at the Athlete Performance Enhancement Center. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Texas Christian University and a Master’s degree in Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology from Barry University.
