Paula Mateus

Paula Mateus is a medical doctor and business executive with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Co-Creator of Endofinance at Stealth Mode and as a strategic advisor at OpenHealth Technologies and Alliança, Paula also acts as an investor and strategic advisor for Flip Saúde. Paula has held multiple leadership roles, including General Surgeon at Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein and Chief Innovation Officer at AmorSaúde Brasil, where operational structures were developed for the company. Prior experiences include Chief Commercial Officer at Saúde iD, Co-Founder and COO of Vidia, and Founder of Adittum, the first healthcare services marketplace in Brazil. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná and an MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, among others.
