Andreea Soare

Andreea Soare has a strong background in customer operations and management. Andreea currently holds the position of Chief Customer Officer at Flip, where they oversee customer-related operations in Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, and Greece. Prior to joining Flip, Andreea served as the Director of Customer Operations at ALTEX Romania from 2016 to 2022. Before that, they worked at eMAG as the Manager of Customer Care for Romania, Bulgaria, and Hungary from 2014 to 2016. Andreea also spent several years at Vodafone Romania, where they held various roles including Segment Readiness Manager, Team Leader for Written & Telesales Complaints, and Corporate Sales Manager. Their tenure at Vodafone spanned from 2006 to 2014.

Andreea Soare attended "Hyperion" University, Faculty of Law, where they studied Law. Andreea also attended "Oil and Gas" University, Faculty of Letters and Science, where they pursued studies in Humanities/Humanistic Studies.
