Karen Becker

Karen Becker has over 20 years of work experience. Karen began their career in 1999 as an Executive Assistant at C&A Industries. In 2004, they moved to GE Healthcare as a Commercial Operations Specialist. In 2011, they became a Group Therapist/Intern at Oconomowoc Developmental Training Center. In 2013, they took on two roles, a Case Manager/Mentor at Phoenix Care Systems and a Behavior Support Specialist at Oconomowoc Developmental Training Center. In 2018, they joined PARENTS PLACE INC as the Director of Programming, where they managed supportive programming to prevent child abuse and neglect. Karen also served as the Supervised Visitation Manager, providing education and coaching to parents to prevent abuse or neglect from reoccuring. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as the Partnerships Manager at Flipcause.

Karen Becker obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Management and Psychology from Ottawa University. Karen then attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater for one year before continuing their education at Lakeland University, where they earned their Master of Arts (MA) in Counseling Psychology.
