Neil McConvey

Neil McConvey is an experienced UX Researcher currently working at Flipdish since October 2024. Previously served as a UX/UI Researcher at SmartStream Technologies from August 2022 to March 2024, where responsibilities included leading user research methodologies, conducting user interviews, and organizing user testing sessions. Neil's early career involved roles as a Fund Accounting Supervisor and Fund Accountant at HedgeServ from October 2016 to August 2022, focusing on delivering accurate NAVs and driving industry best practices. Additionally, Neil gained valuable experience as a Sous Chef at Brascos Restaurant and as a Food and Beverage Assistant at HMSHost. Neil holds a Professional Diploma in UX Design from the UX Design Institute, a Diploma in Android Mobile Application Development from Fitzwilliam Institute, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the National College of Ireland.
