Alam Song has had a diverse work experience. From 2010 to 2012, they worked at the Centre International d'Études Pédagogiques as an Assistant Language Teacher, teaching English to French students from ages 6-11. Alam then joined the Movember Foundation in 2012 as a RFA Logistics Coordinator - Mental Health Support, where they organized the foundation's first Mental Health Initiative Conference in Vancouver. In 2015, they were promoted to Business Engagement Coordinator, managing business and community relationships to further their engagement in Movember. In 2017, they joined FlipGive as the Director of Customer Success, Customer Success Manager, and Customer Support Coordinator.
Alam Song obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of Toronto. Alam also attended Langstaff Secondary School. In March 2014, they obtained a MHFA (Mental Health First Aid) Certificate from the Mental Health Commission of Canada.
